Return Policy

By using Pretty Wear's return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our return and exchange for customers within the Netherlands & the United Kingdom.

30-day returns policy

You have 30 days to return your product after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return anymore.

Condition for the Return

  • 30 days return policy
  • Refund issued within 7 days
  • No restocking fee
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unwashed. The product must also still be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Procedure of Returns

To initiate the return process, first send us an email to support@pretty-wear.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Bear in mind that you are responsible for the package and return shipping costs.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage or Lost items

In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@pretty-wear.com within 48 hours for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.

Exchanges

We will only exchange damaged, incorrect products, incorrect sizes, or defective products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@pretty-wear.com or +31 651116812.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Cancellation

We cannot accept order cancellations after delivery. Please notify us within 3-4 hours after making your purchase if you desire to cancel.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
